Drivers don't just deserve better.
They deserve different.

“Joining the team at Tetro was a game changer for me. My loads are carefully scheduled to fill the day with minimal downtime and less sitting at the shipper or receiver. Whether I'm running local or OTR, I feel like the driver manager has my back. It's like I'm the only driver in the company. Their focus on the driver let's me know I'm their most important asset.”

Questions? We've got answers.

We pay drivers an hourly rate AND a share of the load revenue.

Here’s why: paying drivers by the mile means that unless you’re covering miles you don’t get paid, AND it encourages drivers to speed (we want you to be safe!). Paying drivers by the hour means that drivers who work hard make the same as drivers who don’t. Paying the blended hourly and % of total means drivers get paid for their time, even when they get stuck, and also get to benefit from their hard work.

Right now our regional drivers average ~$1,700 weekly. And that isn’t some bogus marketing number, it’s a real number that you can actually expect (honestly, probably even higher, but we’d rather under-promise and over-deliver to our drivers rather than break promises).

We mean exactly that, because if we don’t then our drivers would be looking at another fleet’s website, just like you are right now.

We want our drivers to stay, so when they tell us that they need to be home, we make sure to make that happen. It really is that simple.
